Scam Detection Service

Service Description

Buster provides AI-powered analysis to help identify potential scams, fraud, and phishing attempts. Our analysis is provided for informational purposes only.

Limitations

• Scam detection is not 100% accurate and should not be your only security measure
• We cannot guarantee detection of all scams or fraudulent content
• New scam techniques may not be immediately recognized
• You should use your own judgment in addition to our analysis

No Liability for Missed Scams

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from undetected scams or false analysis results. Always exercise caution with suspicious content regardless of our analysis.

User Content

Content You Share

When you share content for analysis:

• You confirm you have the right to share the content
• Content is processed temporarily for scam detection
• We do not permanently store your shared content
• Analysis results are stored locally on your device

Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for ensuring that content you share:

• Does not violate others' privacy or intellectual property
• Is not illegal or harmful
• Does not contain personal information of others without consent

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Buster are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy and Data Protection

• The service will always be available
• All scams will be detected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from undetected scams or fraudulent content
• Loss of data or privacy breaches by third parties
• Any damages arising from your use of the app

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
